Emergency Medical Consultants, Inc. offers advanced training to those individuals desiring to
train others in these programs. These courses provide an in-depth knowledge through lecture,
audiovisuals, demonstration and hands on skills development on an instructor level.

- Current PALS, ACLS, ITLS or BLS Provider card
- Letter of recommendation from previous course director
- Must complete the 7-hour home study core instructor course & submit certificate prior to
instructor class - Be aligned with an AHA Training Center and complete instructor candidate application
(available from our office)

Download and complete our registration form and mail with a copy of your provider card
(front, back and signed), completed instructor candidate application, core instructor
certificate and payment to address below. If paying on the phone with credit card,
material may be faxed to 772-878-7909.
